Property layouts for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally included in this new document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
More materials made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
